How can I guarantee my reservation?
To confirm and guarantee your stay, we require a 30% deposit as indicated in the quote. The balance is paid upon arrival at the hotel.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Up to 10 days before your arrival date, you can re-use your deposit by receiving a voucher for a future stay within one year, for a minimum number of nights equal to those in your original booking.
In any case, we try to handle every cancellation request with flexibility.

What is holiday insurance?
Yes, thanks to our partnership with Care4, you can insure your stay or just the deposit, so you're covered in case of proven unforeseen circumstances and can book without any worries.
What are the meal times?
Breakfast from 7:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Lunch from 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (entry into the dining room)
Dinner from 7:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (entry into the dining room)
Please note that your package (full board) begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

In the meantime, we will take care of your room and let you know as soon as it is ready, trying whenever possible to get it ready before 2:00 p.m.

What's the partner beach and how far is it from the hotel?
Hotel Sympathy has an agreement with Marea Beach, a large beach complex featuring ten connected beach clubs, designed to offer more services, space, and comfort. We recommend Bagno 89 da Lele, but you can still enjoy the services of all ten beaches.

Our Entertainment/Baby Club service is open to all ages, but we ask that parents accompany children under three years of age.
In the garden, you'll find a play area with slides and a playhouse for younger children, swings, and an entire Adventure Park consisting of a wooden castle built around the trees.
Mini club activities are held every day from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Every evening there will be different activities for adults and children.
