• First child free of charge (from 25^th May to 17^th June) in room with two adults, the second one aged up to 12 enjoys a 50% discount
• Newborn babies aged from 0 to 2: from 12 € to 25 € per day based on the period with cradle and meals (kitchenette with read-to-eat food for new mothers!)
• Children aged between 2 and 5:  50% discount in room with two full-paying persons based on the room of choosing
• Children aged between 6 and 13 in room with two adults enjoy a  30% discount 
• Guys and adults staying in a third bed: 15% to 25% discount in room with two full-paying persons based on the room of choosing
• Family plan (valid for weekly stays): 2 adults + 2 children/guys aged up to 13 pay 3 rates.

To book:

• A deposit must be forwarded within 3 days from booking; should said deposit not be made within the indicated terms, the offer will automatically be voided and the management of Sympathy Hotel will be entitled to grant the room to third parties
• Unconsumed meals will not be refunded
• In case of a forward departure in full board formula, a fine equal to the price of MAXIMUM a 3-day stay will be applied as set out by the Chamber of Commerce
• The tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of Rimini is equal to 1,50 € per person and per day until a maximum of one week (guests aged up to 14  will not be charged)
